November 2023 saw the opening of the Broadwick Soho which we project managed from inception to completion for a private client. That included the development of the brief, establishment of the full design team, procurement strategies, rights of light, party walls, planning strategies, support of legal agreement and leases and hands-on neighbour relationships.

The hotel is 3 floors below ground and 9 above in the centre of Soho on a contained site. Comprises 57 rooms and 4 F&B venues. All parts of the hotel were individually designed as a new concept to deliver the best in 5-star luxury.
